After graduating with a Design Management degree from UCA, I’ve spent my career working across sales, marketing, content, and digital — from FMCG and Entertainment, to SaaS and design agencies. My first role involved a boot full of Cadbury chocolate as a sales rep in South London (yes, I ate a lot of it).
Since then, I’ve been Exhibitor Sales Director, Product Manager, National Account Manager — working with big brands like Sony, Virgin, M&S and WHSmith — and Business Growth Strategist.
But it’s always been small businesses that light me up. I love the variety, the passion, and the chance to wear many hats. Over the years, I’ve built websites, refined UX/CX, led content strategy, and shaped digital tools — all with one goal in mind: helping businesses show up clearly and confidently to their customers.
A while ago, I went through a long and exhausting journey with my health. I had to navigate a confusing maze of misinformation, specialists, and dead ends — with no clear plan and no one looking at the full picture. I spent months trying to fix something that no one really understood. It was painful, lonely, and incredibly overwhelming. Not forgetting expensive! What I really needed was someone to say:
“Here’s what matters. Here’s what doesn’t. Let’s get you moving forward with purpose.”
That’s what I now do — for small business owners.
Because when you’re in the thick of it, it’s hard to see the bigger picture.
