Once your audit is complete(or if you’ve already self-diagnosed this stage), we’ll agree together on the fixes that will make the biggest difference. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all package — every business is different. I’ll recommend the changes that matter most right now, and we’ll agree what’s achievable within your chosen tier(Light, Standard, Intensive). From there, I’ll put the fixes into action —whether that’s building a follow-up process, creating upsell/cross-sell scripts, or designing a loyalty/referral idea — and make sure you’ve got the tools and confidence to keep them running smoothly.
